Tempest is able to predict changes in weather and how dangerous it might be. If it gets too dangerous, she uses her abilities to control the wind and use it as protection.

Her siren power, prismatic rain, makes her able to create a colorful rainfall that heal who or whatever is caught in the rain and slowly hurt those she feels are a threat.
