Description
i was going though high school sketchbooks and came across this drawing i did of my oc Katie (last slide). seeing it again after so long, i was struck remember how proud and accomplished i had felt drawing it at the time. that i had managed to draw a fullbody piece of my character striking a pose, with what i thought were decent proportions and shading. looking at it now, it's clear how far i've come in my art skills since then, and i think my high school self would be blown away by what i can accomplish now. i can only wonder what my work will look like in another 7 years, and i can't wait to find out
