Ah, variants: the art equivalent of a remix. It's so tempting to keep configuring the color to achieve different moods, or to crop things differently. It's tricky to stop myself from cheaply milking more fun out of a finished project.In this case, this variant was planned from the start. I've been hoping to find a decent way to change this night scene into a day scene, and I finally got it to look just right. I shamelessly cranked the texture and "special effects" up a notch and even threw on a quasi-polaroid overlay. I hope you enjoy it!
