This is really great pic! I especially like Sasuke, Orochimaru and Hashirama in this pic. Minato looks a bit weird to me, but it be because his blond eyebrows...he is just way too pale to fit that well with blue-white pic to me...also, I don't like the contrast between him and Madara that much...maybe it's because you've added so much stuff to right. (Well, thinking this is based to manga, their way of reading and such differs, so no wonder if it might not look that appealing to my eye...too much stuff at right.) But~! I love how you've placed Tobirama and Hashirama in this. I especially love Hashirama's expression -he looks so kind yet somewhat 'I know more than you', lol. xD Sarutobi looks fine too.
The characters at front (Sasuke, Orochimaru, Suigetsu and Jugo) are placed nicely in this. I like the fact you put Suigetsu coverin behind Orochimaru -it was just priceless at the manga. xD But yeah...from those four I like most Sasuke. He is REALLY standing out in this. ^^

Yeah I will make more practice with the composition of my work. About Minato's paleness I have to say that I used quite the same colours of the others kage so I think he looks weird because he's next to Madara who is darker than the others characters to symbolize his evilness. Btw thank you so much for your helpful critique

Wel, I did mention Minato most likely looked so pale because Madara...sometimes too big contrast might not work that well together...Especially when the pic's balance should've been somewhere else entirely. (At the front, Sasuke and company.)
