I´m pretty much in love with all the Ghibli Movies~and I was SO HAPPY to finally cosplay it!
Howl´s Moving Castle is a fabulous book~ *^*
I wasn´t sure how my cosplay would turn out, as I wasn´t all that sure about the dress, but in the end it was made in ca 6h! °<°
Sophie has the green, blue and the yewllow dress... but I liked the blue dress the most and decided to do the short-haired version of her.

The dress and petticoat are selfmade! Hat, tights and shoes were already in my possession. The shoes were second hand from ebay.

can i ask what pattern you used to make sophie's dress? or did you buy it from someone online? I'm trying to do a sophie cosplay myself and have had a lot of trouble finding a pattern that would work.

I made the pattern myself aka just used random clothes that were somewhat similar and then made those into a pattern.

OMG I think you are the best most beautiful Sophie in the universe! *prays my sophie comes out half as well* I like the little lace trim you added, it kinda finishes it nicely. ^^
I like the blue dress/short silver hair version best as well.
