Sanji finds himself at a tiny size, somewhere around 1/1000th of his normal size, and also somewhere he does not remember, seemingly quite lost he keeps his cool and starts to make sense of what is happening and maybe remember what happened. Sanji sees a vast pool of water, to him it would be a great lake, but the smell does not suggest that the water is natural, very odd.
