For anyone who is following this comic and is a bit confused here, this is the re-working of strip 17 [link] . In the original strip, Keen actually dies. I had an idea for how to resurrect him eventually with the intention of making it a spoof on how Keen has multiple lives in the game, but after some consideration I figured that that's probably an idea that is better left for later in the story -- if I use it at all.
