well i havent posted anything for a while...since me puter took a crap....so i scanned some new work out of my skechbook.....ill clean them up when i finish puting my new pc together.oh..it was done with pen & ink, prisma color markers....and a little white colored pencil.
yes, this was very inspired by Feng Zhu work.
id been studing his design work as of late....how he works and his tools....just amazing.

Dude I love it... Simple yet so effective. Beautiful shading with a simplistic design yet I can take so much from it. Definitely a fav and I'll be checking out the rest of your work. I wondering what you used (Photoshop Maybe?) to clean the image up and a general question would be. How much difference does a scanner make. I have one that is about 4-5 yrs. old... I think its time to upgrade. Thx

very nice, + fav...although on closer inspection, it looks like the pock marks all over him were a post-scan photoshopping...because they lightsource for them is in the top left, wheras everythign else is top right.

robo drawing a robot makes for some high quality pics. The drawing and coloring(?) are really cool. The thing on his head is kind of weird.... kind of like a a cone-head robot....

Spiffy. I love the shading. Really give the bot some extra character. This really reminds me of the "Coalition" bots from the Palladium RPG, Rifts.
