Makes sense. But this is how it works normally; you pay the price set for the product, and you can pay extra if you want. I found it odd why it was pointed out when that's the norm.

Yeah, I had done it like that before and more then once I got ppl asking "Why isn't is a fully painted with background?" when they only paid $5. So I try to make it pretty clear that they're not gonna get that for so little ;v;

I would highly suggest making it clear what they purchase. At the agreement, give the price and state what quality it is in (eg "line art without background"). This should solve any miscommunication.
