When I was still on the fence about whether or not I liked Beast Wars, it was the Fuzors that completely swung me over to the side of "Love it!" And as much as I love them in their beast forms, I've always wanted to see them in more traditional bot forms as well.
That said, Injector (who I always want to call Aquasting) gets the Generations treatment.
