Another unusual card i made a while ago, this time exploring the idea of a reverse Call of the Haunted, that also segways into a semi-punishing floating effect. I feel like MoCD have interesting applications in gameplay and design; with its wacky form of disruption, and punishing the opposition for hastily removing it while their board is huge.
Trivia: I feel like with the wonderous and expansive theme of cosmic horror, cards based on that form of media should have wild and unorthodox effects (I.E like the actual Entity archetype.) It is that reason in particular why MoCD here is so strange!
