Found this beautiful fountain hidden in a corner. Why?

It was just so pretty and unique that I’m still shaking my head why on earth it was put in a dark corner.

Cute little children blowing horns and pouring water buckets. Just under them around the mouth of the next tier are fish. The base consists of men and women.

*edit* Found out from Botanical Bob that it had been on display elsewhere, but they decided to hide it away. They did have an identical one working in the sale section. I guess I missed that one. Would have loved to see it running.
