Bio: Ellie-Mae is a sweet young farmer lady that enjoys the simple things in life. In her free time, she enjoys going for long walks in the woods near her farm, skipping rocks in the nearby lake, and hopes to one day find a partner to join her on her many hikes and enjoy their company. Despite being friendly to all new faces she meets, even the ones that accidentally mess up her webbing around her farm, people tend to be uncomfortable around her due to her appearance or over-eagerness to talk with someone new. One day she hopes to meet someone special and have little spiderlings of her own with them.

- The Spider she is based on is an Orchard Orbweaver, specifically 'Leucauge Venusta'.
- Ellie-Mae tends to unknowingly make people she meets with her uncomfortable because of her uneasy jokes about "having them for dinner" and that they're so cute she could "eat them up".
- She has venom in her fangs, but she would never use it on people unless she's forced to. It paralyzes her prey.

- She lives in a cozy log cabin she made herself to accommodate her large body.

- "Orchard spiders also serve as food for other organisms, such as other spiders, birds, small reptiles, bats and rodents. They are also attacked by a parasitic wasp in the genus Hymenoepimecis (family Ichneumonidae). These wasps sting and paralyze the spider before laying an egg at the base of the spider’s abdomen. The spider then goes about its daily life while the wasp larva sucks fluids from its body. The larva feeds on the spider until it reaches a specific size then injects the spider with a hormone that causes erratic behavior. The spider stops hunting and spinning orderly webs and eventually stops moving all together. The orchard spider dies soon after, allowing the larva to consume the remaining abdominal fluid until only a husk remains. This grotesque process culminates when the wasp larva forms a cocoon and attaches it to the spider’s own web. The wasp finally emerges as an adult to mate and seek out more orchard spiders to parasitize."
