The Concept hit a sore spot - having had come way to close to death for comfort personaly. As well as a friend today returning back to the same Chemo journey which we met on only a year ago.

This photograph speaks so loudly to me. Yet, it's as if it's in a language that I can't explain... If that makes sense... like it says words I can't find nor being myself to say.
From the lights to the poem that goes along with the picture, it all really is just an amazing piece. The crisp and icy sea smoke colors all just compliment each shade so well, along with the black.
And it was so nice to have this be the first deviation I saw beginning the new year. This fresh start for all of us. And to see this photograph and the message it conveyed and the poem, and just all of it as a whole; it was as close as you can get to perfect.
