Congrats again Gilad ! The work on lines, prespective, reflection, silhouettes make this shot so complete. The black lines at the exterior of the shot, work as a frame and the effect that it makes is in relation with the title. It's like if we are entering in some area, attracted by some forces we don't even not its nature, it's like prison bars that we want to go through.
The horizontal lines creates a focus on the man, and wow, I can find things about this shot during hours !

no sorry, i didn't mean to imply that there had to be. i'm just so used to seeing distortion from wide and telephoto lenses, so this was a pleasant surprise

It's the built in lens of a compact camera, the usually don't have distortions
