Description
What is life? Is life happens just when somebody else know about it? I mean, if nobody knows you're there, you might as well not be there, or even be dead. Am I right?
People search for the perfect life all around the world, but I know better. I was just thinking that there is an old Chinese saying that tells that if you stand long enough in one place, the whole world will pass you by. I know he said it because he said that while standing in my shade. I remember I thought it would be great if it was true. I could really "see the world". A few hundred years later I can tell you that if all I've seen is what this world has to offer, the world must be a sad place. Seasons change, Rain and then sun and again. Night becomes day and day becomes night again. Birds fly, land, take a crap, fly again. Sometimes a Jeep drives by leaving a cloud of dust. Hundreds of years that I'm here and now I understand that the old Chinese was just trying to be nice, and give me hopes for an interesting future, but sometimes a tree is just a tree. The less thinking I do, the better the time I have. Because, after all, what is time....

Gilad, the idea is wonderful and very creative. Nevertheless I don't understand why you don't note that it's probably not a true capture. Of course I can't tell if the clouds have been catched in this alignment somewhere, but I think they haven't been there beside the tree ...
Maybe you can tell me what has been done in Photoshop or whatsoever program.

Now this is just one of those moments you'll probably never see again in your life... That is so amazing ^^ It looks like the kind of thing you'd see in a painting or sketch, but it's real, and that just makes you love life more. It does for me at least ^^ Thanks for sharing!

This is awesome gilad! How long did you have to wait before there were clouds lined up like thst? I especially like what you've written in your "Artist's Comments" part as well. What you say at the beginning of your comments reminds me of a poem I read in one of my past English classes. I think it's called either "The Citizen" or "The Unknown Citizen" or something like that. Maybe you've read it before now as well, but if not then you might want to read it sometime. It also reminds me of the poem I've written called "The Miming Box", (it's not on Deviant Art anymore because I'm too worried about copyright issues). I know exactly what it can feel like when nobody knows you're there, even when you're standing right next to them...but that's just me. Keep up the good work!

No time. I noticed it walking tawords the tree. I waited to try and take a better one, or a better formation, but the more I waited the more it changed, to the worse.

Life is all about pursuing the ultimate happiness, in my opinion. Nothing stays constant, and it is the "rule" of the universe. Just like how the earth being the third planet from the sun, its orbit and rotation; and being orbited by the moon. Some things co-exist; some are mutually exclusive. When it is the rule, we adapt to it, get used to it, and make the best out of it as we could.
You still exist even no people see you, as long as you see yourself, and your own value. Time is a measurement of your existence, whether you have lived a life that is worthy or valuable by making the best out of it. And value or worthiness is subjective to each of us. Just some sharing of thoughts..
