Actually. the picture in the frame was also taken by me.
The model is Anat, a beautiful girl I took pictures of.
She ordered a print from me, and after I gave her the print she was very happy.
She showed it to her mother, that stood next to me, and I found the prespective very humorous.
She ended up printing this one as well, and hanged them one next to the other. It looks very cool, I admit

One thing, the photo in the frame doesn't match the foreground and the background, which looks like it was manipulated. The side around the photo is blurred as i could see. Looks like you had pasted it in.

You are equally good with portraits as you are with conceptual street photography. Great work on both counts!
With your ability to make prints that large, it would be very interesting to see a framed photo placed in the location which it was shot, but under entirely different weather. Much like what others are doing with polaroids -- a window to another day!
