Description
Even in the modern age, magic seals find their use. Arcane energy siphons are usually outfitted with golden wiring and circuitry that, through their design, intrinsically converts the divine, aetherial energy to nirnically usable magicka. These machines then reroute this energy to magicka dispensers that constantly emit magical energy in the places where it is needed. The sketch shown here is such an arcane circuitry plan as it gets built into the siphoning machines.
