Itachi(left in both) and Sasuke(right in both) Uchiha.The title of the picture, Who I was and Who I am, is from Itachi's point of view. Its him looking back on his life.
My idea is that Itachi hates who he's become.
The crest at the top is the Uchiha crest and it is broken, symbolizing his broken relationship with his family.
