I kind of like the other one better, only because the lines are a bit bolder. Don't get me wrong, they are both great drawings. But I like this one too because it's more detailed and the neck tie thing is cooler.

I like the warm tones of the background. It saves the image from being cold with all the black, the blue of the tie and the pale skin.
