The way he has his hand over his eye makes me think that he's contemplating something while standing there in the snow
He could either be looking at someone or thinking of ways to get out of the situation he's in right now
OR MAYBE BOTH!
I don't know much about this OC, but heck, maybe he's just standing there for the hell of it because he likes the snow or something! lol
