I like this a lot. These colors are amongst my favorites. I like that his fingers are webbed and that his eyebrows have fins. I also like that you chose mostly blue and green markers for his skin tones.

That said, there's TWO things I noticed. Well, one of them is more personal preference but.... The section of his tail to the left of the hand holding the fish is somewhat miss-shaped. It gets too narrow too fast. Second (and again this is purely personal preference), I would have added some bright orange details to the background. The orange would have made the blues in the main focus (your character) of this piece stand out more.
