It's Burg Eltz near the river Mosel if I am not mistaken. burg-eltz.de/ One of the few - if not the only - castle in Germany sitting on a little hill, surrounded by mountains.

there's also the neuschwanstein castle in the bavarian alps near munich. its gorgeous. it was used as the inspiration for the disney castle. its surrounded by mountains with a waterfall behind it. look it up.
