This keronian is Frankenstein's monster incarnate! He's surging with freakishly awesome power! (Also the last file was apparently too big, this one is a bit smaller. I'm bummed learning this, I like to make my drawings as big as possible so you can zoom to your heart's intents!)

I'm drawing ALL the Keroro Land Keronians! Fan-created keronians made OFFICIAL for Sgt. Frog (Keroro Gunso) back in the day. There are over 100 of them! Why? Just for Sgt Frog appreciation, my favorite anime~
