Description
I walked this cobblestone street in Philadelphia during the tail end of a nor’easter. I was there for a conference and arrived in the middle of the storm. The next morning a colleague and I went looking for breakfast only to find that most of the city was still closed down because of the storm. After a bit of wandering we were fortunate to find a bakery that was open, served real breakfasts (not just pastries) and had the best hot chocolate in the world! We don’t have cobblestone where I live so I thoroughly enjoyed the historic aesthetic.
