I love old architecture! It has so much character. I tried out watercolor over the ink, but I think I like it the other way around better. This way the lines loose some of their crispness. The paper was unfortunately not water color paper either. It’s a mixed media sketch book, so the paper buckled, but it turned out pretty well anyway. My reference photo was of a line of buildings on a street in Europe. I’m not sure where exactly. I only drew a small part of it, and cut off the ground floors because my paper was so small. ( abt. 14x21.5 cm or 5x9 in)
