Description
This photo was very difficult to take. For one, my camera only has a 2 second timer, so I had to utilize the ever handy closet door mirror to take a photo of my reflection. Secondly, I don't have a studio with fancy lights...I had to gather all of the portable lamps in the apartment and put them all on one side of me in order to get this lighting...and most of the photos were still blurry. And my third little gripe is that I believe that two of those belts are being held up by safety pins in the back...and it was so difficult to move without them all falling off.

I do like it though. I like how the lighting did come out, and that the colors on my hand managed to match the colors on my waist (it was a coincidence, I swear). I wanted to hold my shiny live-steel dull-edge blade in that hand, but it was way to difficult to get a clear photo from it and overall I like the composition here better anyways.

As for the category, well, it was the only one that really fit. I really didn't feel like this belonged in 'Glamor' or 'Fashion' since neither is the focus, and I'm not one to categorize myself as either.

The title, well, there is a reason. The 'style' part is from the general style I was in, with multiple belts and bracelets and camo and fingerless gloves and such. The 'solid' part is partly from the solid feel I get from the style and the photo, and partly because this is a solid version of this: [link] I just liked the photo too so I decided to post it as well.
