Rubina was born from parents that were scientists.Her father had made a new kind of liquid that would revolutionize the field and structure work industry. However due to an accident, Rubina’s mother fell into a vat filled with the liquid and consumed a lot of the experimental liquid. After being hospitalized Rubina’s mother survived the ordeal and the experimental liquid was successfully removed from her body, but unknown to everyone a small fragment of the experimental liquid had been absorbed into the still unborn Rubina, giving her the unique ability of elasticity and malleability. Since Birth, Rubina has been in tune with her powers and has grown to be quite the expert in them and soon desired to use them to help others. Her parents, fully supporting their daughter's new lifestyle, also created a suit that was made of the same material as the experimental liquid to help compliment her elasticity power. Rubina is a cheery and perky superhero who helps inicontes and fight crime, her powers are elasticity enabling her to stretch all her body parts and malleability which give her shapeshifting anything she can put her in mind to do.
