I really like this one. I love the fair way of coloring skin you have, as well as how incredibly detailed and well done your pose and outfit is, In fact, I really, really like this one. You have such an amazing style.
For CC the best I have to offer is fixing up the background a but so there is less white spots in the places where it is colored red.

yeah i kno..my scanner sometimes destroys the quality of the colour and stuff
oh and uh... i think this was a totally new style of my art or perhaps a new saga..since i felt kindof strange drawing it in the first place

That sucks. Maybe you can contrast the colors and stuff when you open it in photoshop? Before you color all the photoshoppy try adjusting that.
One helpful tip that I think might help you color, is when you get to photoshop, duplicate the layer, then, after you do that, color the one on the very bottom white. After that, set the layer settings on the drawing your layer is on to 'multiply' You can color perfectly fine without having to worry about accidentally erasing any of the parts you did with traditional medium. 
I think it looks great. You draw so detailed it's wonderful.
