Its rough terrain with rock towers, cliffs and ravines is almost completely covered by rainforest. At cliffs above this rainforest are living animals, which are living nowhere at planet Artemis except Zmargdos. They evolved due to large area covered by cliffs, which are rich on food (for instance insects). One from endemic animals is Kingsnake Skink (Cyanoscincus pluvialis), which is collecting insects at parts of cliffs covered by vegetation. Despite its bright strips it hard to observe this species. White strips break up the silhouette, what helps skini to hide.
