What? It's Captain Jack Sparrow.....nothing strange going on here......yep..... ALRIGHT. FINE. It's just GIR dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow, but you had to know he was going to do something like this! You saw the way he chased after the makeup lady in that episode!!!
