In this world we sit in silenceWorrying over what we've done
Fearing the constant Violence
That our society's become
Heroes' praises go unsung
Here in this backwards land
Rather our heroes have been hung
For merely lending a hand
Our demons have become quite clever
Hiding out in plain sight
Tricking us to fear men in Leather
Even If they stand for what's right
Look around if you want evidence
It's plain for all to see
Our world had an air of malevolence
And it won't leave us be
