This is awesome. For me, she's a good comparison to Celestia. I see Harpy as a sort of "all clothes" type of character, where she stands out not just by her plumage, but by her outfit as well. Moth, though, is all about form and body, so they're a good contrast, but compares well to Celestia because she's friggin' beautiful to look at. Definitely a challenge that deserves some applicable gift art at some point.
Also, I love how "hard" you make the joints and digits look. I have a special place of appreciation for artists that can make hands and feet actually look like them. Great stuff, Glacies.

I really liek this character design! It feels very original, intuitive and well themed. C: Not only does she look interesting but it draws me into wanting to know more acout the character as well, and for a design, I think that's such an amazing feat to have! Lovely use of less saturated colors and light and shadow, and you really did things like form her legs super well with only a few colors.
