aah im working on the icon trades again.. ive been feeling quite good these past days because
i have slept well.. ive like, turned off the computer 2 hours earlier, and so i spend one hour
watching the TV and half an hour in my room listening to the adventure zone while doing
something (lately ive been cutting plastic chocolate containers and sorting it its super fun) and
then i spend another half hour just laying down with the lights off and listening to TAZ until i
start spacing out (thats when i know im ready to sleep) and its working.. im so happy you guys.
im so happy and so extremely lucky to have found a way for me to sleep better.

SRY FOR THAT LONG ASS THING IM JUST VERY HAPPY
