Monster Hunter's premiere flagship species are the Raths, firebreathing wyverns with enough sexual dimorphism to split them between the King of the Skies- Rathalos- and the Queen of the Land- the Rathians. Pink Rathians, in particular, are a dangerous subspecies well versed in sniping at their prey with explosive fireballs and swinging their deadly tails in wide, crescent arcs. They also have good enough bulk to charge their foes, as well as strong legs for ground-to-ground combat. That being said, they also have good aerial movement. Also, one of the weapons you can make from this flower-motifed wyvern is a sniper rifle.

Then we have Ruby Rose, main protagonist and team leader of Team RWBY from RoosterTeeth's RWBY. Armed with her sniper rifle/ scythe Crescent Rose, this flagship character easily tears through her foes, charging and slashing in wide arcs. She also hits hard from a distance, easily sniping away at any foe that dares fight a projectile war with her. That doesn't even get into her extreme mobility, easily running circles around others on the ground and doing a decent job of fighting midair.

note: True wyverns like the Raths are born with only wings and legs, no natural hands and arms, necesitating the use for this iteration of Ruby to have prosthetics to swing around her beloved Crescent Thorn
