aaaah ive had this myo slot for aaaages and i finally came up with an idea
this is Draco! I'm sure his namesake becomes fairly obvious with a good look at that sneer. and much like his namesake he is Not Nice

he has been approved via note
his edits are his hair, fluffy-type ears, long tail, feather, long tail fluff, claws, fur, and he is longer-legged and skinnier
The power thingo is kind of just a cool energy thing. mostly makes for good light source (or used for intimidation)
