Description
In 1939 the rebel side won the war and hundreds of thousands of soldiers and civilians fled to France. There they are taken prisoner and taken to concentration camps until the French government decides what to do with them. In Spain, there are hundreds of thousands of "retaliators"... people who were shot by the winning side... it was the prelude to what was going to happen in Europe and the world the following year.
