Description
It was finally the day, the day that he could get to explore other worlds. He had been preparing for this day for a few years now. Since he was a little boy he'd been dreaming of going into space he looked up at the sky in aw wondering if someday he'd be able to go up there.

He climbed in to the rocket and buckled himself in locking the door beside him. Mission control was about to initiate the countdown. He checked everything and said "we're ready to go". The countdown started "T minus 10 seconds. 9... 8... 7... 6... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... Blast off". The rocket made a small burst and launched into the air he was finally in space.

It was a three day trip traveling from our solar system to the nearest star, when he reached the planet he got out and searched around. It had no life, there was no proof of civilization or past civilization anywhere in sight or on satellite, a rush of disappointment came over him, but he still had a mission so he planted a flag and looked for the best spot to place a city and placed a beacon there and then headed back to home.
