Location: many areas around the world
On August 9, 1945, the blood rain started appearing in many area around the world. This includes mild rains in many locations in the Pacific Ocean, South Atlantic Ocean, Australia, Africa and heavy rains in the following countries: Soviet Russia, China, France, the United Kingdom, Pakistan, India, Israel, North Korea, Italy, Turkiye, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and Belarus. The reason for these appearances is currently unknown and the search for the sources of blood that rains down during these events is still inconclusive. Furthermore, after the date of August 12, 1945, a local civilian in Washington state was diagnosed with a strange disease, the patient seems to have their skin completely corroded in several area of their body, the patient claims that they entered the blood rain without any protection, after they return, the wound has already appeared without the man noticing. After that incident, more patients came in and shows that they had the same exact experience. After several testings, it has been proven that the droplets of bloods from the blood rain reacts aggressively when it has direct contact to skin, hair and nails, immediately melting away the skin and only stops when hitting the muscle tissues, with this alarming new discovery, all citizen are prohibited to go out during the blood rain and is only allowed to exit their home after the rain stopped.
