One of my old comic redraws... as much as I disliked his style most of the time Rob Liefeld could still pull out some panels that I really liked. This a redraw of his version of Shatterstar... done back in '91. indi ink and brush with prismacolor art markers. And the old art keeps coming...Related content

Ah, the nineties in comics. Why yes, people grimace all the time. And have like, 80 teeth. And human skin really does look like the top of a garbage bag that's been tied closed.

I always liked the joke that if you're feeling sick, you'd say, "I feel like Rob Liefeld draws"
....yeah, some crazy stuff. But he does do some good panel work, that's true. And he did come up with Deadpool....I think. And was the first guy to draw Shatterstar, who is beyond cool.
So, props to Robbie.
And props to your recreation, it's very accurate I think. Very much in the style of the time (coloring and Liefeld-wise)

mm-mm! lovely! i have to agree with you about Liefeld (personally i like gene ha/andrew pepoy) u did a wondeful job on this! the only thing i can say is that the hair coloring needs a lil' bit of work, but besides that it's great!
