okay so I know i aked about making your own bokeh so For me to have as many as I want to I need to have more than one light or object right? oh and if im outside and wanna make a ton like it daylight and its I dont know snowing or something I can use the flash right?

I think you just need the flash when you use rain or snow for the bokeh.
when you're outside and want bokeh with daylight you can for example photograph a tree while the light shines through the branches.
But I think when you want to have as many as you want for a texture, raindrops or snowflakes are the best.
But I haven't tried out a lot until now. (:
