The art zone hit me like a train after seeing the last poll's results and I made this quite quickly XDIt's not that good looking and I might have made some mistakes here and there, but I hope it can help you someway! 8D
As always, I use Photoshop therefore I use different brush modes instead of different layers with different modes. So if you use SAI, I guess you'd have to create a bunch of layers for the effects.
To create the wings basic texture, use Multiply, Screen and Overlay, while for the lineart you can use either Multiply or Burn modes.
I hope the text can be read easily XD

This is actually really helpful. Well, I can't follow it exactly since I don't use Photoshop. I had to figure out other ways to do things in the program I use.

Yeah. All it took was some lines and a blur effect to get that nice Dreamix texture look.

I can still do the whole multiply and screen effects, but I create them in different layers.
