This is a great shot, however, I think you've gone too far with the Photoshopping of the face. There's no natural shine or texture to the skin, the highlight to the lips is too bright and the contrast ofΒ the whitened eyes and darkenedΒ lashes looks too fake andΒ doll like. Maybe if you put the original face layer on the top of this image and knock it to about 50% opacity you'll get a more beautiful, realistic finish?
