Villager Application

Female | Normal | Mink

"Mimo is the indecisive sort, wavering between being something and becoming something else. She is nervous and cautious when she tries to interact with others, perhaps as a result of some latent social paranoia. She bounces constantly between wanting to talk to people and wanting to be alone, trying to follow the crowd and moving on to do her own thing... Her timid nature and conflicting behavior is a bit of a turn-off for many villagers and as a result Mimo doesn't seem to have many acquaintances yet.

Mimo is entirely self-conscious of her actions and how they might affect how others perceive them. She will stutter over her own words, craft intricate yet deeply unrealistic lies, or even stand in silence if Mimo even considers that she will look badly to someone. She can easily be considered a pushover to anyone who even utters her name, if they can even manage to speak with her at that point.

When left to her own devices, her mind wanders to unbelievably abstract ideas. How might the world change if the grass was blue? Would villagers question the state of the world had it been different from the start? What would her vision look like if she had five eyes? It's easy for her to become entranced into doing whatever task she desires, with strange and exotic questions that pepper her mind throughout.

Mimo hasn't quite found her path to a hearty life and is still trying to figure out what she wants to be, as well as searching for the "thing" that validates her existence."

Met Villagers

Levi Ethan (Afraid/Unsure)
Met at a fruit stand . Fearful to get pushed into another social interaction after seeing them again. They don't seem to be very mindful of her nervousness. He even recognized that she was new and cared to mention it... He cared...

Macy (NPC) (Neutral Standing)
The first (and pretty much the only) villager to welcome Mimo into the town. Mimo is unsure if they were nice just for the sake of their job, but still appreciates how understanding they were with their application process.

Lule (Unsure/Warming Up To)
"I really needed that hug ."
Even if it was a strange encounter to say the least, Mimo needed a bit of reassurance and comfort after making such a big move on her own.

Jasmine (NPC) (Warming Up To)
Gave Mimo a warm welcome at the Wishing Fountain along with advice and a relevant gift of a flower. Mimo appreciates Jasmine a bit for being nice and understanding, and is slightly more confident in exchanges with them. She is eager to see them.
