Steph is technically Robin four, originally known as Spoiler before taking over as Robin briefly when Tim quit. Apparently the 'even' Robins have horrible luck. She had the job for barely a couple months at most before she was apparently killed by Black Mask. She's back now and had a 24-issue run as Batgirl. Aaaand promptly written out of Robin continuity by the reboot, which kinda sucks. Like Jason, she's a lower-to-middle class kid, and is one of the most relatable Robins out there. She's also a constant fountain of cheer and joy despite the fact that she's been through a lot of crap in her life.
Carrie is from Millerverse, the third Robin instead of Tim Drake. She's also cheerful and lively, actually wore the shortpants, and her Robin costume is a Halloween knockoff she bought with her lunch money. As sucky as Millerverse Batman is, he has a soft spot for her.
