yeah, although this one might be my worst one yet, one morning this week, it was a two hour delay for school and so I was trying to catch some extra sleep but I started coughing so much I couldn't and then my coughing went a little too far, I coughed so hard and to the point I threw up, and was probably the most painful thing I have ever felt

drink orange juice that helps with the itch in the throat. if it's a dry cough. if its a wet cough water if you're coughing up mucus. till it stops.
