Snield, an itty bitty bug like creature with an exoskeleton of iron to protect its back. no mere foot can squash it. their small and cute and everywhere often infesting abandoned infrastructures anywhere being an adaptable creature.
Snield has the ability to evolve with the item, Protector in many different environments.
if evolved near the ocean or lakes or anywhere with lots of water (even the pool!) it will evolve into a Slipslide, a cold and wet creature with water flowing through its body. their well known for trying to go after peoples foods at beaches when they arnt looking.
If a Snield is evolved around fire base environments such as volcanoes into Smolderslide. a pokemon that can burn the slightest touch on his hot metal shell. the creature is often used in metal working stores or with glass makers. for a pokemon with a flame burning in it, its quite the lax pokemon that despite better judgement will try to cuddle up with its trainer.
the last known evolution of Snield, Elecslide evolved in electricity fields found around the region. the creature is bulky but light and ready to fight those who intrude into its personal space. all its prongs have a strong current flowing through them ready to go when needed.
