Ok.I've decided to paint this for Amanda for her website ([link] ). I did it completely in paintshop pro 7 using the brushes. it was like 30 layers and took me around 7 hours or so to complete.
Its my first true digital painting and I must say I like it.

wow that turned out really good. i like what you did with the clouds a lot ! the only thing is like, is there something that you could use to add a gloss to the water. it'd really blend the colors and make it pop. kick ass job!!!
