Today was suppose to be a new day.I woke up.
I opened my eyes.
And the sun shown again.
The sky was blue once more.
The nightly rain had seized.
And yesterdays block
on the calendar on my wall.
Marked with an X.
My memory,
The only treasure to be found
by digging through that day.
And I think.
Today was suppose to be a new day.
But tomorrow, all I will have of it.
Is memories.
Like my life.
A thousand words.
Something for someone else to care about.
To adore
To hold close.

like that switchfoot song "gone" yeah...thats what it reminded me of, and whats freaky is ive thought pretty much those exact thoughts except for a couple lines at the end there...stop reading my mind! wah!
