You know... there is this thing on the workshop called PAC... and it allows you to customize your player model OR...
You can edit other ragdolls, and manipulate their bones, such as the bip left breast or w/e the bone is called on the femme pyro, and increase it's size substantially, just one of the many things available with PAC.
